How long does a Dash Cam actually record?
This is a question we are frequently asked at Connect Mobile Solutions and we’ve devised a table to show you exactly how long each Thinkware SD records.

Ok, so with the Thinkware dash cams once the memory card gets full and uses up all of its memory it will begin auto looping over previously recorded footage.

Will this auto record over an accident?
No! With the built in G-Sensors this will automatically save any accidents if it detects a knock.

Having a 2 channel (front and rear) dash camera installed does in fact reduce the time before the SD card auto loops, this is why we normally recommend getting a larger memory card and normally supply a 32GB with our dual channel installs.
